Key Functionalities

1. Batcher & Totalizer

• The meter acts as a batcher and totalizer, where the relay is energized after a fixed quantity of fluid passes through the sensor.
• The batcher includes auto reset, manual reset, and dual relay operation features.
• Batch quantity counts down until it reaches zero value.

2. Flow Comparator

• Supplied with two sensors: one for RO permeate and the other for the inlet/reject line.
• Displays both flow rates and calculates percentage recovery.
• When plant recovery is increased to gain more permeate, the system will automatically trip, safeguarding expensive membranes.

3. Rate Switch Mode

• The relay is programmed to energize when actual flow falls below the set value.
• The display will show ‘LOW FLOW RATE’ for easy monitoring.

4. Pulser

• Configurable for metering/dosing pumps to facilitate chemical dosing online in proportion to the flow.
